KBS has selected a service provider to provide the on-line payroll processing software.   This service provider that has taken great care to design and maintain technology and procedures to protect your information. The first time you use the service, you create your own unique password to access your account. In addition, they encrypt all transmissions and protect them with 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. They use firewalls and intrusion-detection devices to prevent unauthorized electronic access to the servers where your information is stored, and we isolate all servers in guarded, high-security areas to prevent unauthorized access.   KBS has posted our Service Provider's privacy policy directly from their site. However, we have removed their name in order to protect our business relationship.
